The Helen Roe Theatre

The Helen Roe theatre is a modern facility which provides the ideal location (with seating for up to 115 people) for small conferences.

The theatre is equipped with a computerised slide show facility (both powerpoint and mac), one carousel slide projector, two projection screens and one overhead projector.

A kitchen is available for catering and is equipped with a sink (hot water), power points and one 4 gallon water boiler. Cups, saucers and plates are available on request.

Two toilets are located at the rear of the theatre.

The theatre complies fully with health and safety regulations and is equipped with a fire alarm, fire extinguishers and emergency exits.

The following are the terms and conditions for renting the Helen Roe Theatre:

Applications should be made in writing to the Council of the Society.

Interested parties must make their own arrangements with regard to catering as the Society does not provide a catering service, including serving tea and coffee.
